Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Whiting, IN 46394
Duration: ASAP - 01/31/26 (Possible extension)
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: 6 am - 02:30 pm | Mon to Fri | 40 hours weekly
Overview: Seeking a Medical Assistant with experience in Primary care and Phlebotomy. Responsibilities include medical surveillance testing, patient rooming and setup, obtaining vitals, and performing blood draws. Works collaboratively with a team, including a Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, RN, and Front Desk MA. Proficient in EMR systems and maintaining efficient patient flow in a clinical environment.
Summary:
Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, occupational health, or a similar setting is preferred
Epic EMR experience is a plus
Must have an active CMA certification
Must be nationally certified or CMA Diploma with Transcripts
Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS)
