One of the most critical members of the agency's Executive Leadership Team, this role provides: vital support to agency-wide operations and youth & family programs; office management; and direct support to the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities include making travel arrangements, preparing for meetings and events, supporting internal/external communications, and developing and maintaining efficient office systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least four years directly related experience
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Reliable Transportation for use during shift (post-office/bank)
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of best practices in office management systems and SOPs
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Technology Fluent (Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contacts, Payroll, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills in person, over the phone and virtually
- Positive and flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as a valued team support

- Bookkeeping/Non-Profit accounting practices

Responsibilities
- Ensuring administrative systems to optimize office efficiency
- Calendar coordination and management
- Event, Program and Project planning support
- Communications, Newsletters, Social Media Management
- Manage, schedule, and coordinate meetings and travel
- Record detailed meeting minutes
- Assist in grant preparation and reports
- Develop and maintain efficient office filing system
- Update and maintain agency policies and procedures
- Order office/program supplies and manage inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and guests
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
