What You'll Be Doing
- Be the face of the clinic — the first smile patients see and the reason they come back
- Conduct personalized, in-depth aesthetic consultations and build fully customized treatment plans for every patient
- Confidently sell treatments, packages, and retail products — because you believe in them and patients trust you
- Own the phones — answer calls warmly, schedule with ease, and make every caller feel taken care of
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk operations like the rockstar you are
- Create fun, engaging social media content — videos, reels, before & afters, treatment spotlights — and help grow our online presence
- Jump in on marketing ideas, promotions, and campaigns that reflect who we are
- Help us grow this clinic into something the whole community talks about
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of medspa or aesthetic practice experience — you know this world deeply
- Expert knowledge of aesthetic services including Botox, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, lasers, body contouring, chemical peels, HydraFacial, skincare, and more
- A natural salesperson with real consultation skills — you customize, you connect, you close
- Front desk and patient flow experience in a clinical setting
- Content creation skills — you are comfortable on camera and know how to make a treatment look irresistible on Instagram or TikTok
- Warm, professional, and genuinely a people person
- Someone who wants to build something — not just fill a seat
