Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Take customer orders accurately using Square POS (Point of Sale) ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food handling and preparation, including serving baked goods.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred but not required, we are happy to train you and expand your knowledge of coffee and hospitality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail.
