One to One Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chattanooga, TN!

Position Summary: The One to One Health Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring talent to meet an organization's needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in all regions and for all One to One Health roles.
Job requirements:
- Actively work towards strengthening pipeline of viable candidates for job vacancies.
- Regularly meets with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and time frame.
- Maintains interviewing structure and guidelines set by People department.
- With guidance from Director of People, implements talent acquisition strategies.
- Uses range of social, industry and professional networks, internal referrals and events to find, attract and identify potential talent.
- Reviews and screens candidate resumes; uses recruitment metrics to track success.
- Provides applicant notes/ ratings to managers.
- Assists in scheduling applicants with hiring managers.
- Attend job fairs and other hiring events
- Maintain relationship with trade and nursing programs to attract new graduates.
- Maintains Applicant Tracking System
- Proactively reaches out to passive candidates.
- Assists with reference checks if requested
- Is cross trained in the HR department in the event the HR Coordinator needs assistance.

Qualifications/ Experience
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required. Associates in HR, Business Administration, or a like field preferred.
- 1 years hands on experience using recruiting techniques and platforms required.
- Previous HR experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with a healthcare organization required.
