What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Director position at One to One Health?
One to One Health is an innovative healthcare company that prides itself on delivering relationship-driven care. We were founded by a primary care physician whose passion is delivering the best healthcare outcomes with a focus on a patient experience that reduces barriers to care. One to One Health is excited to be growing its telehealth team, expanding from at-work employer clinics to better serve new clients and their employees. One to One’s telehealth product is called TextCare and leverages our onsite clinical and telehealth experience serving school systems, manufacturers, and large universities and extends our exceptional services to smaller companies – again with a focus on delivering exceptional care.
TextCare is centered around text messaging, using technology that allows patients to initiate care 24/7 with a simple text. Providers use HIPAA-compliant software that augments the EMR to seamlessly communicate with patients via text, encrypted messaging, voice, and video calls, meeting patients in their preferred channel, so they can receive care or expert advice when they need it most.
About the role
IMPORTANT: You must be physically located and primarily practice in the state of Georgia.
This is an exciting opportunity to join One to One Health’s Board of Medical Directors and contribute to the growth and success of TextCare. As a Medical Director, you’ll have a key leadership role in helping to scale our telehealth platform, ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring healthcare providers, and shaping the future of patient-centered care.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative, forward-thinking team and have opportunities to expand your impact through multi-state licensure, with full administrative support provided by our internal licensing team.
We expect this role to begin with ~5 hrs per month, with significant opportunity to quickly expand your impact by acquiring additional state licenses.

Qualifications
- Active physician license in Georgia, with primary practice location based in the state.
- Experience in telehealth and mentoring healthcare providers.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and relationship-driven care.
- Specialty in internal medicine, primary care, or similar.
- High level of comfort with technology and digital health platforms.
- DEA License preferred
