Behavioral Health Therapist

 Position Summary 
•    Under supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services at One to One Health, the Behavioral Health Therapist uses evidence-based counseling and psychotherapeutic techniques to assist people in identifying and resolving personal, social, vocational, intrapersonal, and interpersonal concerns and makes referrals for additional services as needed. •    Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA, in addition to federal or state laws specific to disclosure of mental health information, substance abuse or psychotherapy notes. 
•    Completes documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner. 
•    Compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as Company and Behavioral Health policies and procedures.

Qualifications/ Experience 
•    Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral science or related field. 
•    Unrestricted, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Tennessee. Therapists who require clinical supervision will also be considered. 
•    Experience assessing for mental health emergencies and coordination of care.  
•    A minimum of 3 previous years’ experience working as Behavioral Health Therapist required.
