Part-Time Front Desk / Client Care Assistant

Kidzoola is hiring a part-time Front Desk / Client Care Assistant to join our family-owned pediatric therapy clinic. This role reports to the Client Care Manager and supports front desk operations including scheduling, client intakes, daily flow, and administrative support.

- Comfortable multitasking in a busy front desk setting
- Great with children and families
- Front desk, receptionist, or scheduling experience
- Experience working with kids or families
- Scheduling software / EMR experience is a plus
- Greeting clients and families
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and messages
- Check-ins, payments, and client support
- Administrative tasks and office organization
