In early 2018, The Cheese Steak Shop was purchased by two foodservice professionals, Dana Huie and Tony Bendana, who combined, have over 80 years of experience in all facets of the Restaurant industry. For 40 years we have been committed to using high quality, fresh ingredients to make the best possible sandwiches. To keep it authentic, we even source specialty items like our Amoroso rolls, Tastykakes and Hanks beverages direct from Philadelphia! All our shops make your sandwich fresh to order, any way you want it: wit or witout onions, with white American or Provolone cheese, hot and/or sweet peppers, even using chicken or veggies in place of steak. No matter how you like it, The Cheese Steak Shop loves to serve it to you the Real Philly way.
