One Tech Engineering is searching for a Marketing Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Marketing Manager will support clean energy and beneficial electrification programs, primarily focused on residential HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole-home energy efficiency initiatives.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business, or product/program support.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Supporting clean heat product strategy under a senior Product Manager.
- Translating policy and regulatory requirements into program rules.
- Writing and updating applications and program collateral.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and customer messaging.
- Working with marketing communications teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Supporting data‑driven decision‑making using KPIs and system reporting.
- Administrative and coordination support across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business, or product/program support.
- Prior experience supporting marketing campaigns.
- Strong business analytics skills.
- Beneficial electrification or HVAC experience is preferred.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
