The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related degree, and 7 years of applicable experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Develops and monitors project schedules, manages scope, and controls project costs.
- Manages the review, negotiation, approval, and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Leads internal and external project risk reviews and consults with Risk Department as required.
