Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of nursing services
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
- Promote a culture of patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferrable in Home Health and Hospice
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and nursing practices
- Proven ability to lead and inspire clinical teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skill
