Evening Janitorial Route Cleaner - Company Van

We're looking for one experienced cleaner to run an evening route solo. You'll drive a company van stocked with all supplies and equipment to commercial buildings after business hours. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and don't need someone watching over you, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Drive a company-provided, fully stocked cleaning van to scheduled job sites
• Vacuum, mop, and clean restrooms, empty trash, dust, and wipe down surfaces
• Work independently and manage your time across stops
• Keep your van organized, stocked, and clean
• Represent the company professionally if you interact with clients

Schedule

• Evening shifts, typically 4 PM to midnight
• 4-5 days per week
• About 35-40 hours per week

Pay

• Starting at $16/hour

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Must pass a background check and driving record check (required for employment)
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working alone in buildings at night
• Neat, professional appearance and a courteous attitude
• Able to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
• Pants and closed-toe shoes (company shirt provided)
• Smartphone required for clock-in and job tracking
