Job Description:
As a Crew Lead/Driver, you’ll play a key role in both transporting equipment and overseeing a small crew on job sites. This is a physically demanding, team-oriented role that requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent service.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Safely driving company vehicles (box trucks) to and from job sites (must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record)
- Leading and working alongside crew members to set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment
- Communicating with customers and team members to ensure efficient and professional service
- Delegating tasks and maintaining productivity and safety standards on site
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and securely
- Assisting with warehouse organization and general labor tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured by company policy
- Prior experience in the event rental or moving/labor industry is preferred
- Leadership experience or ability to lead a small team effectively
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (especially during peak season)
