Position: Commercial Pool Service Tech
As a Pool Service Lead, you will oversee pool operations at a designated commercial property. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that pool and spa systems run safely and efficiently, performing maintenance activities, monitoring water quality, and upholding our commitment to resort-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning, water testing, and pool maintenance.
- Safely handle and apply pool chemicals in compliance with company standards.
- Test and balance water chemistry for safe and clear conditions.
- Brush tile lines, pool walls, and pool bottoms to maintain cleanliness.
- Inspect, maintain, test, and diagnose pool equipment performance.
- Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them promptly to the office.
- Complete daily field documentation and site reports accurately.
- Follow One Stop Pool Pros’ proven service methods to deliver consistent results.
- Work independently on-site while maintaining communication with management.
- Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.
- Uphold company standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Requirements for this position are that you have:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
