Duties
- Perform scheduled hot tub maintenance visits
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Clean filters and spa components
- Perform drain, clean, and refill services
- Open and close hot tubs seasonally
- Diagnose basic equipment issues
- Educate customers on proper spa care
- Maintain accurate service records using mobile software
- Represent the company professionally at customer homes
Experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage a daily route
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment is essential
- Prior experience working with hot tubs or similar recreational equipment is highly desirable, but willing to train.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
