As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work 36-40 hours per week, spread across three working days. This flexibility allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent dental care to our valued patients.
Compensation will be based on experience, and we will discuss it further during an in-person interview at our Lafayette, IN location. We believe in fair and competitive pay that recognizes the value our team members bring to the practice.
