Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, for a Master Technician. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including hybrids and EVs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostic tests, performing maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring vehicles meet safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Master Technician will also interact with customers to explain their vehicle issues and the repairs needed.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and components, including diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles
- Skill in conducting diagnostic tests and interpreting results
- Experience in using OEM parts and warranty-backed repairs
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair work on both mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- ASE Certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
