Responsibilities:
- Manage general office operations and administration
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, mail)
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Account payable and accounts receivable
- Handle vehicle titling
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
- General knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
