What You'll Be Doing
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
- Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations based on client progress
- Supervise ABA therapists and provide ongoing clinical guidance
- Conduct reassessments and treatment plan updates
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
- Collaborate with caregivers to promote consistency across home and community settings
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and New York requirements
- $75–$90 per hour based on experience
