One Step Forward ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at our Lacey Township center. This is a center-based position offering full time or part time hours. Your Role and Impact:

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Oversee the implementation of ABA programs within the center.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best client outcomes.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.
• Experience in a BCBA capacity.
