Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations into service and asset variances.
- Validate provisioning and service changes against client requirements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve operational performance.
- Audit wireless inventories and carrier data to ensure accuracy and identify gaps.
- Analyze usage trends and carrier billing to surface cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
- Support lifecycle management activities including activations, upgrades, suspensions, and disconnects.
- Maintain accurate records of wireless assets, service changes, and optimization actions.
- May be required to perform additional tasks in support of organizational initiatives, process improvements, or strategic objectives.
- Graduation from High School or High School equivalent.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery or Customer Support, preferably in a technology or MSP environment.
