One Source Wellness Works is a community- based organization that provides compassionate, individualized behavioral and mental health services for individuals, families, and adults.
We are seeking a passionate leader who can successfully direct a team of therapeutic staff who provide high quality services to children and families we support. Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the day-to-day operations related to client services and employee development of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
Ø Shall advise the CEO regarding development and implementation of rehabilitation services that reflect the need of the minors and adults served by the program.
Ø Ensure that rehabilitation services meet the needs of individuals served by the program.
Ø Provide Orientation and training for Family Centered Specialist and Administrators
Ø Execute Marketing and Business Development Strategies
Ø Provide supervision of Family Centered Specialist (FCS) - go over supervision process (scheduling, forms, file review, documentation, etc.)
§ To include file review (maintenance and quality)
§ Appropriateness of services and plan of action for all cases
§ Maintain clinical supervision file for all FCS’s.
§ Evaluate job performance annually for all FCS’s.
§ Provide consultation as needed to FCS’s.
Ø Collaborate with pertinent persons involved with cases (psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, school personnel, parents, etc.) when necessary
Ø Shall educate direct care staff on how to document the correlation between rehabilitation activities and the goals identified in the IRP (go over Progress Note and how to document services)
Ø Disseminate all pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
Ø Providing oversight for the daily program of rehabilitation services including service utilization, crisis planning, and qualitative service implementation
Ø Supervise the assessment and enrollment process for all potential clients (go over intake process from referral to assignment):
o Ensure that all assessment summaries must be completed within 48hours after the assessment interview
o Ensure that an FCS is assigned new cases within 48 hours of the assessment interview
Ø Track due dates and complete Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP) / Treatment Plans by due date
Ø Ensure that all IRP’s are submitted to Third Party Administrator by specified due dates for all clients
Ø CEO reserves the right to amend these responsibilities as needed.
Ø Govern Qualitative and Quantitative review personnel to ensure agency is always audit ready.
Ø Maintain knowledge of state regulations that govern services provided (COMAR, CARF)
EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TO APPLY: Masters degree in Social Work or related field and professional licensure ( LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, CPRP or CFRP. Family Centered Treatmet certified (not required). At least three (3) years of experience working with children in the child welfare or mental health. One (1) year of progressive supervisory and administration experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license
Proof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and Insurance.
Driving Record from the state in which the driver’s license is valid
Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment.
Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must receive a minimum of 30 hours of initial and annual training.
Two to three years of experience in mental health.
Travel as needed.
