Duties
- Supervise multiple crews simultaneously
- Monitor safety
- Coordinate with contractors for scheduling and crews for dispatching
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding site conditions and traffic patterns.
- knowledge of OSHA, SHA and DOT standards
Skills and Requirements
- DOT certification and large truck experience a plus
- Supervisory Experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of construction site dynamics and traffic control measures. REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and the public. REQUIRED
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety protocols. REQUIRED
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations. REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Maryland Traffic Control Standards REQUIRED
- The ability to read and understand MOT plans REQUIRED
- Dependability and Reliability a must

- Clear driving record and driver's license REQUIRED
