About Us
One Source Preferred/Project Staffing, LLC is a staffing agency that connects people across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont with jobs that fit their skills and goals. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven, professional leader to oversee three of our branches and help take them to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations in Central Maine and manage other branches remotely.
- Own and expand a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships through regular contact and dependable service
- Hire, train, coach, and lead branch staff to hit sales and placement goals
- Delegate work effectively and find ways to make each branch run more efficiently
- Make sure all branches follow employment laws, company policies, and client requirements
- Track branch performance and report on sales, placements, and goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous staffing industry experience
- Previous experience managing staff (required)
- Previous compliance experience, such as I-9s, employment law, safety, or audits
- A proven track record of growing business and meeting sales goals
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to new tools
- Strong ability to delegate, prioritize, and improve how work gets done
- A positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
- Clear, confident communication with clients, candidates, and staff
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional branch visits
Salary
- $55,000 to $65,000 base salary plus commission
