Your Role
As a Senior Sales Manager/Director, you’ll spearhead our North American sales strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and forge partnerships with key retailers (e.g., Petco, Chewy）
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to exceed $10M annual targets (customize amount).
- Cultivate strategic relationships with national accounts, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends using data to identify growth opportunities in pet wellness, tech, or sustainable segments.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams to launch category-leading innovations.
Requirements
- Experience: 10 years in B2B sales experience within pet products
- Network: Proven track record with major pet retailers (e.g., PetSmart, Pet Valu,Costco etc).
- Skills:
- Data-driven decision-making (POS analytics, margin optimization).
