Position Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
POSITION FOCUS
The CSR role is a strategic sales and customer support position requiring an in-depth knowledge of One Source Industries LLC offerings and services and requires a minimum of 2 years experience in the packaging field. Will need to meet clients' business goals and overcome their business challenges creating a unique level of trust and dependency. This position also requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with oversight and coordination of all client projects to ensure success. You will be responsible for first-line communications with all assigned clients, maintaining contact at relevant levels focusing on both the strategic and tactical needs of the relationship. You can work effectively, and tactically with One Source Industries sales representatives, support teams and suppliers as each project dictates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages assigned customer projects for timely execution with internal and external resources
Maintains communications and develops relationships with existing customers, providing customer service support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Facilitates order approval, order entry, execution, and fulfillment following company processes and procedures and ERP software.
Continually tracks customer project status informing Account Executive, customer and management as needed.
Coordinates design and print orders sending samples, prototypes, information, proofs and other key documents to customer.
Maintains customer information and related project information in ERP/CRM software
Files all job-related documents electronically and maintains physical and electronic job folders
Participates in client meetings and serves as a contact point for Account Executive as needed
Helps identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through continuous observation of customers' needs.
Consistently develops knowledge and understanding of current and new OSI products and services.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in business, marketing, finance, or equivalent work experience, or equivalent relevant
experience, or a combination thereof.
Minimum 2 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Competent and proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Salesforce
CRM and project management software.
Strong focus on Customer Service and the desire to exceed client expectations
Needs to flourish in a competitive environment, while making well informed decisions
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
A high degree of self-motivation and drive. The ability to multi-task effectively in an independent environment. Organizational skills need to be excellent.
Demonstrated ability to gather data, compile information, prepare reports and presentations and deliver results to customers/team members.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is representative of the Director of Supply Chain Management, with work normally being performed in a typical interior office or home office work environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

No or very limited exposure to medium or heavy operating equipment, or other occupational hazards which might increase the risks of injury or bodily harm.
TRAVEL
Some local travel to visit customers may be required.
