One Source Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities primarily in the community. helping them build skills, stay safe, and live as independently as possible.
Shifts can vary but we strive to keep schedules as consistent as possible.
We’re looking for someone patient, reliable, and upbeat to support youth who need extra help outside of school hours in the community.
Schedule includes:
- After‑school shifts
- School breaks
- Saturdays
- Consistent hours with flexibility
- average of about 20 to 25 hours per week
This is a great role for someone who loves working with kids and wants to make a positive impact.
What You’ll Do
- Provide respectful, person-centered support
- Assist with daily living skills, community activities, and companionship
- Follow support plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, patient, and caring
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required — we provide training
