Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
One Source Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community, helping them build skills, stay safe, and live as independently as possible.
shifts can vary at times. But it should remain around 25-28 hours per week. Monday through Friday. The shifts end by 5 PM each day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide respectful, person-centered support
- Assist with daily living skills, community activities, and companionship
- Follow support plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, patient, and caring
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required — we provide training
