One Source Construction LLC is a growing Massachusetts-based general contractor focused on public and commercial projects. We operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment where field coordination, financial control, and accountability are critical.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from start to finish—including schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and financial performance.
This role requires the ability to operate independently, make decisions under pressure, and maintain control of projects without constant direction. Strong follow-through, the ability to manage multiple moving parts, and a willingness to push issues forward to keep projects on track.
You will work directly with company leadership and have full visibility into project financials and performance.
Take full ownership of project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and coordination of billing processes.
- Take full ownership of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Work closely with field staff and superintendents to ensure alignment between office planning and on-site execution
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and proactively resolve issues
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
- Ensure billing is prepared, accurate, and submitted on time by actively coordinating with accounting and field teams
- Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track
- Maintain strong communication with clients, field staff, and leadership
- Projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Subcontractors are controlled and held accountable
- Billing and financial tracking are accurate and timely
- Issues are identified early and resolved without escalation
- Minimal surprises to leadership
- This role is suited for someone who prefers taking responsibility and making decisions over working within rigid corporate structures.
- Experience managing commercial or public construction projects independently
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Comfortable managing projects up to $1M
- Massachusetts CSL (PREFERRED)
- OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
- Drivers License (REQUIRED)
- Safety standards knowledge and enforcement

- Procore
- Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
