Service Delivery Specialist

As an Service Delivery Specialist at One Source, you'll take on more complex tasks in the order fulfillment cycle, ensuring that our customers receive their technology solutions with enhanced efficiency and precision. You’ll handle more advanced order processing, work closely with vendors, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve intermediate issues. With a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage and process complex customer service orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving intermediate-level issues during the order process.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex technology solutions, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment in line with SLAs.
• Monitor and manage inventory for higher-priority orders, coordinating with procurement to prevent delays.
• Maintain detailed records of orders, including advanced documentation such as invoicing and client communications.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex issues, such as discrepancies in orders or unexpected delays.
• Analyze reports on order status and process efficiency, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor Level I specialists, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from High School or High School equivalent.
• 3 years of proven experience in Service Delivery or Customer Support, preferably in a technology or MSP environment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor, maintaining a learner’s spirit and a win-win attitude
• Proven aptitude for continuous learning
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in using CRM software and tools.
