Status Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
Shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
Job Summary
ONESCS is a third-party logistics provider in North Las Vegas running just over 500,000 square feet across three warehouses. We store, handle, and ship product for national beverage and consumer goods brands.
The Fulfillment Associate works on the warehouse floor building, packing, and preparing that product for outbound shipment. It is a hands-on position. Most of the day is spent standing and working with product.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders against work orders and packing slips
- Build variety packs, promotional kits, and retail displays to customer spec
- Label and relabel product
- Case changes, pallet restacking, and other packaging changes as directed
- Sort, inspect, and rework product that does not meet spec
- Stage finished work for outbound and confirm counts before it ships
- Record production in the warehouse management system
- Housekeeping in your assigned area
- Follow safety rules and OSHA requirements at all times
Qualifications
Required
- 18 or older
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Accuracy. Customer specs on kitting and labeling are exact, and rework is expensive.
- Consistent attendance
- Willing to work overtime when volume requires it
Helpful, but we will train the right person
- Warehouse, production line, or assembly experience
- RF scanner or WMS experience
- Forklift or electric pallet jack
- Spanish
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for the full shift. Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm motion. Not all areas of the warehouse are climate controlled.
Compensation and Benefits
$14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience, plus overtime. Medical, dental, and vision. Paid time off and paid holidays. 401(k) with company match.
