We are seeking a dedicated and talented Creative Strategist, Paid Media to join our team. In this role, you will ideate, create, develop, test, and optimize ads that drive growth across ONE/SIZE’s digital channels. The ideal candidate will blend performance-driven objectives with bold, insight-led creativity, helping us cut through the noise with content that inspires, performs, and convert

s.The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of beauty culture, paid social platforms, and creative best practices. An internal leader on the Ecommerce team, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing and external partners to concept, brief, and deliver a steady stream of high-performing ad assets for paid media campaign

As a member of the Digital and Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to Vice President of Digital & Ecommer

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote w

  • tners.Guide ad production from ideation through delivery, ensuring assets are optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging plat
  • forms.Repurpose hero content and product launches into high-performing performance a
  • ssets.Partner with Growth and Data to analyze ad results, identify winning creative, and rapidly it
  • erate.Build testing frameworks to continuously optimize creative across audiences, placements, and ma
  • rkets.Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts to keep ONE/SIZE creative relevant and

  • latforms.Clear understanding of creative KPIs and how to interpret performa
  • nce data.Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for what works in a fast-scroll, mobile-first env
  • ironment.Experience working with creators and influencer content to develop high-performing
  • paid ads.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative strategies and l
