This is more than a front desk or admin role. You’ll be at the center of the school’s energy—welcoming students, supporting artists, driving enrollment, and helping bring exhibitions and events to life.
What You’ll Do
Inspire & Grow the School Community
Welcome prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process (in-person, phone, and online)
Build relationships with families, students, and local community members
Follow up on inquiries and leads with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Help convert interest into enrollment through thoughtful, personalized communication
Deliver a High-Touch, Hospitality-Level Experience
Be the friendly face of the school—greeting every student, member, and guest
Create a positive, supportive environment for artists of all ages and levels
Assist with scheduling, onboarding new students, and ensuring smooth first-day experiences
Resolve questions or concerns with care and professionalism
Support membership needs including billing, scheduling updates, and account changes
Bring Art to Life Through Events & Marketing
Support and execute community events, exhibitions, and open houses
Assist in organizing and promoting student showcases and professional artist exhibitions
Create and update marketing materials (posters, emails, social posts)
Help manage social media presence and engage with the local community online
Keep website content fresh and aligned with current programs
Keep the Studio Running Smoothly
Open and close the school and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
Coordinate supplies and support day-to-day studio operations
Maintain accurate student records, schedules, and attendance
Partner with the School Director to ensure an exceptional overall experience

Background or strong interest in fine arts, art education, or creative fields
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or community-facing roles
A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment
Experience with social media, events, or marketing

Schedule & Compensation:
This is a Full time Position, 5 days per week with some evening and weekend hour requirements
Salary: $56,000–$65,000 base quarterly bonus eligibility
