As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail services across the region. You will liaise with multiple site-based clients, managing the relationship in each location, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will deliver business performance in a commercial manner, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit Managers to deliver exceptional retail offers within the units.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met while also ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
- Manage labour and controllable costs within all units
- Have a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.
- 2 Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
- Previous multi-site retail background with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
