What You'll Do
This role is centered on patient experience and front office operations. Your day may include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients as if they were guests in your own home
- Managing appointment flow and helping providers stay on schedule
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting front desk operations
- Preparing treatment rooms so they're beautifully organized and ready for each patient
- Assisting with inventory and maintaining a polished, well-run clinic
- Supporting patient communication — reminders, follow-ups, and check-ins
- Helping create a seamless, luxury patient experience from start to finish
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in a client-facing hospitality, concierge, front office, or patient-facing role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and compassionate demeanor
Preferred:
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, wellness, hospitality, or high-end retail
- Familiarity with scheduling or EMR/booking systems
- Interest in skincare, wellness, and aesthetic medicine
