Basic Functions
The Edibles team member is responsible for carrying out various edibles manufacturing functions including the production of infused gummies, tablets, tinctures, and capsules.
Essential Functions
1. Support the team throughout opening, processing, and closing procedures.
2. Performing setup and teardown of equipment.
3. Accurately weighing raw materials/ingredients
4. Maintaining detailed batch records and logs
5. Operating kitchen mixers, kettles, scales, and other equipment.
6. Supporting the team in maintaining a strict production schedule
7. Communicating effectively within the team
8. Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
9. Performing other tasks when requested by a supervisor

Requirements
· Able to obtain cannabis work card
· Must be 21 years of age
· Highly detail oriented
· Food Manager Certification is a plus, but not required
· Previous cannabis, baking, and or manufacturing experience preferred
· H.S. Diploma
Physical Demands
· Must be able to stand for long hours
· Lift 50 pounds
· Able to safely carry 30 pounds of hot liquids
Employment Status
· Full time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
