Position Overview
We’re hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in reading. This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning.
Requirements
- 60 credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Proficiency in tutoring reading comprehension and phonics across grade levels (1st-3rd).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday - Thursday
- 8:00am - 2:00pm
- $25/hour
- $30/hour for certified teachers
