Life at One of the Kids:
We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:
- Certified as a BCBA with 1 year of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required.
- Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision).
- Center-based in South Austin. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours.
- Dedicated to serving and caring for our families.
- Compassionate, responsive leader who is committed to serving and developing their team.
- Passionate about ABA, research, best practices, and elevating standards.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with other disciplines and individualizing treatment.
- Creative, flexible, and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies.
- Believes in Fun.
- Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus.
