Inventory Specialist

About Us
We are a fast-growing third-party logistics company specializing in fulfillment, inventory management, labeling, kitting, and shipping solutions for e-commerce and wholesale brands. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Maintain inventory records within warehouse management systems.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged products.
Organize warehouse storage locations to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation processes.
Work closely with receiving, picking, packing, and labeling teams to ensure inventory integrity.
Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management.
Follow company procedures for quality control and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable using inventory software, spreadsheets, and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
