Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Night Closing Supervisor to ensure our facility is safely and properly closed each evening.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for securing the building at the end of the night.

Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings/nights as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all guests and staff have exited the building.
• Verify that all nightly closing tasks have been completed.
• Ensure all doors, entrances, and designated areas are locked and secured.
• Check that lights, equipment, and facility systems are properly shut down.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure closing procedures are completed.
• Identify and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
• Complete nightly closing checklists and communicate issues to management.

Qualifications

• Reliable weekend availability is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous supervisory, facility operations, or closing experience preferred.

Schedule

• Evening and night shifts
• Weekends required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as scheduled)
• Additional weekday shifts may be available
