WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR
JOB IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
Department: Compassion Ministries
JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Distribution Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to develop and manage the
process of distributing outbound donations to OMC's non-profit partners. They will also maintain
the partner database in the HELM inventory system for OMC’s compassion centers and campuses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Acquires and manages new high-volume, non-profit partners for distribution from OMC compassion centers or through direct shipment.
- Develops and manages the partner database in the HELM system, tracking applications, partner data, and status.
- Manages the partner review process in the HELM system and at the partner distribution site.
- Coordinates and records bulk product distribution from OMC compassion centers and campuses.
- Coordinates direct shipments from the GIK donor directly to the high-volume partners.
- Works closely with OMC’s Compassion Ministries team and Warehouse teams to ensure the safe processing and distribution.
- Records data efficiently and accurately into complex software systems.
- Assists in finding new partner organizations or businesses for inbound gift-in-kind donations.
- Cultivates and nurtures relationships with GIK donors and partner organizations through frequent and consistent communication methods.
- Submits reports and appropriate records on a regular basis – weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Director of Operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational/administrative skills
- Maintain a strong sense of partnership and teamwork
- Self-starter with drive, passion, and initiative
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced education preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
COMPENTENCIES

- Proficient in computer and systems skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proficient in effectively organizing work, files, records, etc., to maintain efficient workflow.
- General knowledge of standard office practices and office equipment.
- Willing to work on-call

This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and equipment).
