Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships
- Proactively nurture relationships with volunteer coaches, employer/workforce partners, EAB members and community members
- Coordinate and send regular coach updates to employer partners to share feedback, ensure a positive experience and drive coach retention year over year
- Actively engage employer partners to solicit best practices and materials that can become recruitment templates and incentivize coach involvement and recognition
Recruitment Support Volunteer Coaches
- Work closely with and supports the Director of Partnership to design innovative strategies that increase volunteer interest in OMD volunteer opportunities
- Work closely with Program and Coaching team to provide feedback to refine the volunteer coach model, update and launch the coach application, and improve the coach recruitment pipeline
- Use retention data to determine existing volunteer needs and create an engagement & outreach plan for volunteer coaches
Volunteer Coach Management
- Maintain and utilize Salesforce dashboards to review volunteer needs and tracking engagement
- Work with Program team, Data & Technology team and Volunteer & Alumni Program Coordinators (PCs) to frequently assess comprehensive needs of volunteer coaches
- Partner with Directors of Partnerships and Volunteer Engagement to innovate around coach recruitment and the coaching experience
- Provide comprehensive event operations support for ongoing recruitment and engagement efforts, including planning and logistics, support development of marketing strategies and on-site coordination
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in database management
- Strong expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement
Education
- Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- 3 years leadership experience in a for-profit, nonprofit, government agency, or consulting firm
- Proven track record of developing effective partnerships and collaborations across stakeholders and interests
- Direct experience developing and leading the strategic plans or successfully supporting large-scale change efforts
- A track record of generating creative, innovative solutions to problems. Human centered design thinking experience a plus

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required; i.e., the ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written correspondence as well as in communicating with individuals in one-on-one situations is critical

- Ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and work independently

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Commensurate with experience - $52,000-$55,000
