Job Summary: As a Senior Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will manage patient panels with diverse needs and conduct visits in-office, testing centers, or through tele-health. You will also participate in continuous learning opportunities, collaborate with teams, and utilize your clinical training to perform procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient panel with varied needs
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
Requirements:
- Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting or 1 year with a fellowship or urgent care experience
- State licensed in AZ by start date
