This role involves managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or through tele-health visits. Continuous learning occurs through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams is also essential. Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures are available.
This position requires an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program, at least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting, Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and State licensure in CA.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. They should be open to feedback and reflection to gain insight into strengths and weaknesses.
