About One Med Spa
One Med Spa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate aesthetic injector to become the heart of our clinic!
We’re a boutique, family-sized medical spa with an established patient base, and we’re looking for someone who wants more than just another injecting position.
This is a unique opportunity to essentially run your own med spa without the responsibility of owning one.
We want someone who will truly make this space their own, bring fresh ideas, introduce new treatments, and have the freedom to help shape the future of our aesthetics department.

What You’ll Do
* Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced injectables within your scope of practice.
* Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
* Take the lead in developing and growing our aesthetics department.
* Bring your own ideas, techniques, and treatment offerings to the practice.
* Build lasting relationships with our existing patients while expanding your own clientele.
* Collaborate with our aesthetics, wellness, and vein clinic teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Help shape the patient experience, treatment menu, and overall direction of the med spa.
* Maintain exceptional standards of patient safety and care.
What We’re Looking For
* Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida.
* Experienced in aesthetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
* Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic techniques, and patient safety.
* Confident performing consultations and creating customized treatment plans.
* Passionate about aesthetics and building long-term patient relationships.
* Someone motivated, personable, independent, and excited about taking on a leadership role.
* An established clientele is a plus, but not required.
