Job Description
Chiropractic Assistant and/or SoftWave Tech at One Love Chiropractic in Asheville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who loves and appreciates chiropractic and its principles. Experience in customer service and multitasking and someone looking to gain experience in the industry is ideal. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning the ins and outs of the practice and who works well in a team environment.
Job Duties:
- Greeting patients and checking them in to their appointments
- Scheduling patients for their appointments
- Providing patients with information about our services and answering any questions about our procedures.
- Taking patient payments and entering them into our system to be credited against the patient's balance.
- Performing various clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining the appearance of the practice including cleaning the exam rooms, maintaining stock of cleaning supplies, etc.
- Assisting other Chiropractic Assistants as needed.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a chiropractic, medical or dental office is preferred but not required.. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have good communication skills. such as Chirotouch is preferred but not required. with insurance verifications and accounts receivables would be a bonus. You will be expected to learn new systems and therapies as they become available and as we continue to grow.
