JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Providing 5 star white glove customer service to any and all guests that enter the facility
⦁ Guiding guests of services offered, receiving payment, instructing guests of simulator functionality in a presentation style, and ensuring every guests personal needs are met
⦁ Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries (emails, texts) in a manner of haste and utmost professionalism
⦁ Assisting guests with booking inquires, service adjustments, and sales with a focus on securing immediate payment upsells
⦁ Holding ownership* of the role and working with management daily to develop and execute functions that streamline both guest experience and daily operations
⦁ Cleanliness duties - maintaining a spotless working environment and ensuring all equipment facilities including bathrooms are upkept to maintenance schedule
⦁ Expert understanding of our equipment - You will develop a deep understanding of our operational systems and simulation equipment
⦁ Handling inbound sales inquiries - you will guide people and assist in sales of private parties, and general bookings using your developed knowledge
⦁ Assisting management and the team with additional general business duties, special events and other projects on an ad hoc basis
⦁ Learn how to manage servers, and facilitate racing experiences to our guests
⦁ Learning simulator controller software to assist in facilitating in house race management
Qualifications, skills and requirements
⦁ High School Diploma
⦁ 2 years in a customer service, customer facing or equivalent role
⦁ Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
⦁ Excellent customer service skills
⦁ Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
⦁ Computer experience including but not limited to all Google Workspace products (gmail, google sheets, PDF, etc)
⦁ Ability to work assigned hours determined by management
⦁ Ability to quickly learn changing systems and daily operations
⦁ Required to maintain a professional demeanor, look, and etiquitte
⦁ Adhere to all policies and procedures required
⦁ Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
- Reliable transportation
Nice to haves
⦁ Sim Racing experience (Assetto Corsa, iRacing)
- A love for F1, Motorsports, e-sports, and/or everything automotive!
Physical demands
⦁ Fine motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry weight of over 50 LBS required
⦁ Ability to be able to stand for extended periods of time with frequent bending or stooping
Schedule
Part time weekend help needed (15-30 hours per week)
