Alternate / On-Call Front Desk Concierge — Two Openings

Starting pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
One Lincoln Tower Owners Association is hiring two Alternate / On-Call Front Desk Concierges for our luxury high-rise condominium in Downtown Bellevue.
Alternate concierges cover shifts when regular employees have scheduled time off or when other coverage needs arise. This position is a good fit for people who can work occasional shifts and are interested in a long-term professional relationship with our team.
Schedule and opportunities
- Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday, for 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shifts
- Shifts offered as needed and based on your availability; hours will vary
- Occasional short-notice coverage may be available
- Alternate concierges receive the first opportunity to be considered when regular positions become available

About the role
The concierge serves residents and guests while supporting front desk administration, security-related procedures, and selected facility management tasks. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated people who communicate professionally, stay organized, and provide attentive service. Customer service or administrative experience is valuable, and we are willing to train candidates who are eager to develop these skills.
Compensation and benefits
- Starting wage of $22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
