What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Services Coordinator, Wholesale Apparel, for Walmart position at ONE Jeanswear Group?
- Ensures timely 24-48 hour and accurate order entry
- Establish checks and balances to ensure all orders are captured, processed and checked for accuracy
- Order allocations and fulfillment; Review inbound product reports, partner with imports and warehouse, drop picks to warehouse, manage shortages, follow routing requirements.
- Daily management of order file to review all new orders processed and goods received
- EDI processing and managing EDI hold file, and EDI revisions
- Point of contact for our retail partners for shipping inquiries, order inquiries, extensions, corrections and maintenance.
- Review, update and retrieve information from external vendor/accounts portals as needed
- Ownership of order file throughout lifecycle of orders.
- Partners with sales to quickly resolve issues that prevent or delays the order management process
- Support ecom businesses providing product attribute details and images onto customer portals or templates, requiring heavy data entry.
- Work closely with both internal and external business partners. Sales, marketing, Design, buyers, operations, ecom business point person
Reports and Disciplines
- Run /Review daily reports for order file accuracy and order fulfilment. Ex) Unconfirmed, Open order, past cancel, confirmed not shipped, oversolds
- Update and review with sales weekly open order with updates for problem preventing and problem solving
- Review Flash Report
- Attributes/Copy – Retrieving, organizing and distributing all account required attributes (country of original, inseam, care instructions, UPC’s, prepack information etc…) Populating all requested information into accounts excel spreadsheets
- Images – pull images for the accounts (front, side, back)- rename all images to match the accounts requirements and download to a file to share with the account.
- Attributes and images into accounts portals – currently maintaining Kohl’s, Walmart, HSN, Macys, Dillard’s, Direct to Consumer, Belk, Catalog accounts…
- Data Sync/item set up – Handle all order information set up and publishing from RLM to Salsify and then to Retail Link for all retail orders for all Walmart private label brands and branded businesses.
- Direct to Consumer Accounts – making sure all attributes and images are properly displayed on their website.
- Market Kick off meetings with Sales and Marketing
- with Sales/Marketing on photo shoot lists needed for upcoming season
- with marketing on all photo shoots, images, and color corrections needed for Accounts attribute sheets/websites
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience preferred
- RLM and PLM experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel (formatting, sorting, formulas, etc.) required.
- Analytical/detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Strong project management skills
- Able to produce efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills & ability to prioritize
- Ability to prioritize/manage multiple deadlines and keep files/email records organized
- Must be analytical/detail oriented and have good grammar skills to maintain accuracy and consistency on Walmart website (Supplier One / Retail Link)
Salary Range: up to $80K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
